Meetings are currently held virtually via Zoom

Our meetings are held on Thursdays at 9.30 am and finish around 11.00

Coffee morning start at 10 am and finish around 12 noon on Mondays (Run by members)

One-on-one coaching is bookable from 11 am -12 pm on Thursdays
