HISTORY

Careers Springboard Job Club (CSJC) has a rich history of supporting professionals in their job search. Originally founded in 2005 as the Windsor & Maidenhead Executive Job Club, a volunteer-led organization, we focused on helping executives, managers, and other professionals in the local area return to work. 

In 2024, Careers Springboard East Berkshire joined forces with Careers Springboard Bracknell, uniting under the name Careers Springboard Job Club (CSJC) to better serve the community.

We are sister clubs with Careers Springboard Gerrards Cross and Newbury.

Since 2020, our meetings have been held online via Zoom, allowing us to connect with and support individuals across the UK. While our roots lie in Bracknell, Slough, Windsor & Maidenhead, and Wokingham, our virtual platform has broadened our reach significantly. 

Membership remains free, and our dedicated team of professional volunteers works tirelessly to ensure valuable and productive meetings each week. We're committed to empowering job seekers and helping them achieve their career goals. 

CSJC is run by the East Berkshire Executive Club, the registered charity. Registration number: 1136202
